Over the course of my career, I played a key role in the creation of two unicorn startups.
With eight years at Lightricks, I was the first marketing hire by the co-founder and CMO, leading teams from bootstrap to scale-up (12→600 people; $0 → $220M ARR; $335M raised; $1.8B valuation). Most recently as the CMO at AI21 Labs, I had the opportunity to lead and shape the marketing department from the ground up (2→30 ppl in 1 year; $282M raised; $1.4B in valuation)
Additionally, I co-founded Israel's largest tech community (150K members, plus a leading tech podcast), and worked at a marketing agency for five years before entering the tech industry, during the early (and crazy) days of social media.
